Keith has over 25 years’ experience as an employment lawyer. His specialist sectors include retail and entertainment.
He is an in-house trainer covering a number of employment law issues including equality of opportunity, grievance, disciplinary and severance proceedings.
Keith has been instrumental in resolving employment disputes within many organisations for over 20 years, particularly in the retail, hospitality and entertainment sectors. He is an accredited mediator and online mediator in the UK and overseas. He has an informal business style.

Mark studied law at the London School of Economics before qualifying as a solicitor in 1992.He has always specialised in Employment law and has worked in both large city and niche employment firms. He joined PCB in 2008 to introduce and build up employment law expertise to diversify the range of services offered to both existing and new clients. His clients include employers and senior, often director-level, employees from within banking, property companies, the pharmaceutical industry, insurance, retail and the public sector including the NHS .
Before qualifying as a solicitor mark worked for a number of years as a Probation Officer.
